“Greg and Tom both bring a strong technical ability to their work.  More than once, they have called me to discuss the condition of a screw sent for coating.  They notice small things, high heat zones, low compression section or whatever may be causing rapid screw wear.  They help identify solutions and communicate in a supportive way their understanding to help solve my customers problems.  That’s hard to find these days.”
